Terms and Conditions for Fotofums Members Area

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Fotofums Members Area, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided in the Members Area—including video tutorials, location guides, and photography techniques—is the exclusive property of Thumbs Up Photography.

• Personal Use Only: Your membership grants you a single, non-transferable license for personal, educational use.

• Prohibited Acts: You may not record, download (unless specified), redistribute, or sell any content found within the portal. Sharing login credentials with non-members is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access without refund.

3. Community Conduct (Fotofums Community)

To maintain a professional and supportive environment, all members must:

• Respect the privacy and work of other photographers.

• Refrain from posting offensive, defamatory, or copyrighted material that you do not own.

• Avoid "spamming" or self-promotion unless explicitly permitted in designated areas.

• We reserve the right to remove any content or ban any member who violates these community standards.

4. Payments and Cancellations

• Billing: Membership fees are processed on a monthly/annual basis depending on the option you chose during sign up for the service.

• Cancellations: You may cancel your membership at any time via your account settings. Access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

• Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the content (tutorials and guides), we generally do not offer refunds once the content has been accessed.

5. Limitation of Liability

Thumbs Up Photography is not responsible for any damage to equipment or personal injury occurring while following "Location Guides" or "Tutorials." Members visit photography locations at their own risk and are responsible for following local laws and safety guidelines.
