Thumbs Up Photography Charity Exhibition a huge success!
After months of planning, we were incredibly proud to celebrate the success of the launch night of our charity photography exhibition on Friday, June 14th, at the stunning Three/Snowhill. The evening was a resounding success, bringing together photographers, art lovers, and supporters to celebrate the immense talent within our Thumbs Up Photography community.
Our very own Dave Peck, delivered a truly inspiring opening speech, sharing his passion and insights with the captivated audience. His words perfectly set the tone for an evening dedicated to the power of photography and community.
As well as celebrating the photography community, the exhibition has been set up in aid of two amazing charities (The Disabled Photographers’ Socety and MIND - The mental health charity), with profits from framed images purchased going to these amazing charities!
We were honoured to have representation from one of our chosen charities, with Agi from the Disabled Photographers' Society in attendance. The Disabled Photographers' Society is a fantastic organisation dedicated to making photography accessible to everyone, and it was a privilege to have Agi with us to mark this special occasion.
The exhibition itself is a breathtaking collection of landscape images, generously contributed by the talented members of the Thumbs Up Photography Facebook group. These stunning photographs are on display in the impressive atrium of Three/Snowhill, a landmark building that sees over 2,000 people pass through its doors every day.
If you missed the launch night, don't worry! The exhibition is ongoing, and we warmly invite you to visit and immerse yourself in the beautiful art on display.
