Swan Lake
from £120.00
After cutting short a photography trip to Scotland I stopped for the night in Keswick to split up the ten hour drive. I decided to set the alarm early and head to Derwent Water for sunrise the next day as there was a possibility of fog. Luckily for me the fog was not too dense and I spent a wonderful couple of hours beside the lake with just the sheep and birds for company. Having set up my tripod to capture this scene I noticed a swan swimming into shot. Quickly adjusting the camera settings to capture it with a fast shutter speed I just managed it before it swam out of shot. A magical morning.
