Hot, Hot, Hot
As I sit here writing this on behalf of the Thumbs Up team, I feel very tired (6 hours sleep over an entire weekend), sun-burnt but mostly proud!
Proud, of what a fantastic photography community we’ve built, I say we, that means not only the thumbs up team, but you too! Without you all this community wouldn’t be what it is today and the meet-up wouldn’t have been the great success it was without all of us!
It was an absolutely fantastic Saturday at Llanddwyn Island in Anglesey! A huge thank you to everyone who came out for our meet-up. It was genuinely brilliant to see so many familiar and new faces, all brought together by our shared passion for photography.
It’s always a pleasure to connect with so many like-minded individuals, share ideas, and simply enjoy the company. The buzz of creativity and camaraderie was truly something special, and it's moments like these that really highlight what makes our community so great.

We all know it was an exceptionally hot day, and I was so impressed by how everyone looked out for each other. From sharing water to finding shady spots, your thoughtfulness and care for one another really shone through. It's a testament to the wonderful, supportive community we've built. We hope you all stayed hydrated and managed to capture some amazing shots despite the challenging conditions!
The Photography Challenge: A Resounding Success!
A special shout-out to everyone who took part in our photography challenge! We loved seeing so many of you embrace the fun and pick a challenge from the hat. It wasn't compulsory, just a bit of extra fun, but so many of you joined in with enthusiasm. Your creativity and willingness to try something new were truly inspiring.
